I found out my question sounds a bit silly, however, it is really important to me to know what do you think in terms of FS?

When you find a house that have natural death was happened before, is that house ok to move in? We are very close to close a deal, however, in the last days or so, we learned from disclosure that one of old owners was died 10 years ago in that house because of natural death. He was about 81 years old. So we are thinking to back out of deal. We are scared because that happened in the house. That is really a good house with good direction. In terms of FS, I would like to know your opinion. Is that a bad FS when someone died in the house naturally? Hopefully, you can coment.

Natural death will not effect  with your  feng shui.  Many houses have had people passed away. But many families are still doing great in those house.
