Hi Master,

sorry if this is duplicated but don't think my original message was posted..

I am just wondering if it s misunderstood that it is unlucky if your house is near a cemetary? Will it produce too much ying for the residence near by?

Thanks!

For the Chinese, many of our burial sites (past, present) have been Feng Shuied as being very auspicious sites. But a good burial site does not always remain excellent sites. For example, the surroundings may be altered by man e.g. construction,  soil erosion , to make way for construction and etc...

We look at cemetary as another form of mountain, if it in good shape,  I do not see an issue; for some people, who prefer to live close to grave sites. For example, some memorial park which have good, green, "fat" mountain is in fact good. For some  churches. where, the dead are often buried at grounds next to the church.

However, it the cementary is really in bad shape, unkempt, rocky mountain, and etc. it will be bad in term of feng shui.

But again human tought is important. If one always feel uncomfortable, than there will be harm. It is more biased toward human luck. and not in term of feng shui.

Cheers.
