I read that imbalance Four Pillars Of Destiny is bad. Is this always true. Maybe you can comment on the chart below.

This chart is lacking water and wood. Only have fire, earth and metal.

Where you get the information that Bazi must have all elements before it is good? Notice that all the Three elements are favorable to him.

If this Bazi belong to you, I must congratulate you. This Bazi must be someone born in rich family,  a rich man now and in his whole life, luck is very smooth and a lot of noble persons willing to help. His father help him a lot and his father is very rich.

However, his relationship with his father and brothers/sisters is not very closed. He is closed to his mother. His brother/sister is closer to his father.

Look at the chart  and indicated by the two red arrows all the THREE  good deities producing cycle, with strong foundation which indicated by the red circle. Excellent!

You might also notice that all the THREE stems (minus the daymaster) appear to be at the month branch which means strong support from his father.
