My Kua number is 4. And my ofiice working  desk is facing North East, is this a bad direction for me? What is my best facing direction for me?

Eight Mansion System are only one  part of Classical Feng Shui. You cannot base on the theory to decide should NE direction is the Worst direction. You need other application and a detailed study of your office Structure.

For instance what if you're facing towards the North "Sheng Qi" direction which seems good beneficial but in actual fact, you're located in a Bad sector? You must know the different between "Location" and "Direction". This is a very common mistakes. I being asked the same question again and again over the years. "Location" and "Direction" is very different.
