Dear Peter,

My sister is currently pregnant with her 1st child. She and her husband have no choice but to move out of their current house 'cos the landlord is selling the place.

I have a few concerns that I need your advice.

1)What can be done to counter the possible negative feng shui due to this unavoidable moving? 
2) Is it better if she is not around during the shift?
3) She intends on getting a new bed for the new place. Is this alright?

Any other advice on this will be very much appreciated.

This subject comes under Chinese customs and beliefs.

Ideally avoid moving home even one month after giving birth. Only move after baby's one month outside of the womb.
Is this is not possible, YES, she does not need to be around during the move. Especially the matrimonial bed. Leaving the bed behind is even better.
