I notice that for houses built in Period 8, with a main door facing of E2 or E3, your aquarium calculator says that these houses "cannot utilize internal water of any type or form ".  Why is this so?  Does this mean aquariums are bad fengshui or just won't help the fengshui one way or the other of the house?

However, I notice for houses built in Period 8, with a main door facing E1, aquariums can be located in the East, Southwest or North.  So would you advise that the main doors of the E2 or E3 houses be tilted to face E1, provided there are no other fengshui reasons why it would be bad to face the doorways E1 ?

For some houses, water feature likes aquariums are not advisable. It either no help or will drain your luck away. However, there are always exception to this and need professional advice with these type of houses.

It is best to get advice before tilting your main door.
