Hi Master Peter, I just got this new house which I bought in 2020. I have been waiting anxiously for this house. However, while waiting, my kid arrived in 2021. Ever since, my husband and I have been staying in my mum place, with my mum helping to take care of my kid. The reasons we might give this up.. 1. Husband: My husband and I worked a lot till late. But lately, my husband kept telling he can’t hold on his current job and salary. He is stressed out and think he won’t be able to hold this expensive house so long. 2. Kid: The Initial plan is to have my helper one person to take care of my kid. But my kid kept falling sick and her character is not easy to deal with. So with my mother’s help will able to help alot. 3. Market: As you might already know, price for housing is high now. The agent said selling this newly built private condo since it is new and ready will bring alot of profits. Just want to know from my bazi point of view, if I should sell this house at this time after waiting for such a long time. My birth date 18 Oct 1983, 12:15pm. Thank you, Bluflower
