My house is facing SW and has been built in 2000. When I moved to this house. I got seek and had t o go the hospital 3 months after for medical surgery. I lost my job and since then it's hell on earth. once a month I am bothered by ghosts. my sleeping room is located NW. I tried moving my bed SE in another room and same thing.I tried all kinds of cures and still I am awaken some nights with very unusual events. Please let me know what can be a FS remedy. thanks. I was born 3/1/1961 so I gues it's metal / rat and Kua is 4.

We are talking BaZi and fengshui here and not ghost catching. It is no spritual stuff here. 

It can also be related to fengshui like your house very yin likes always over shadowed by a large tree, environment factors and so on. Unfortunately by having the above it is not enough to make any conclusion.

By lokking at your dob it seems that your luck might not be ideal.
