Can you please help me with this question. I live in an apartment and my maindorr faces directly to the opening of a lift. I hear this is bad feng shui and is there any cures for this. What is the bad implication?

The implications are mostly physiological. Some people imagined that when the lift door opens and closes it look like a pair of knife; it also lack of privacy. Again mostly it is about human factor. Once you believed it is bad than it is no way good. It is not like facing a stair which going down which is bad.

If you are concern and if space allowed try to put some plants in front of your door.
