Stephen Chan Chi-wan, born 1958, is the Chief Advisor of Commercial Radio Hong Kong, and was the chief executive officer of Commercial Radio Hong Kong, and the general manager of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB).

Let's use Three inspect structure method 三审定格法 “san shen ding ge fa" to determine his structure. 癸 Water rooted at 子 water at the month branch. 甲 Wood rooted at 未 with 乙. This is a weak daymaster or we just called it weak self 身弱. Weak self favors earth 印 卩 and metal 劫比. Earth being suppressed by wood and at the same time exhausted by water. This will make him quiet and timid. Metal hidden and weak, he will not spend a lot of money on clothes on himself, spend lavishly. He will be stingy. He will be average in term of career and finance. This does not seem to fit his charater. Also his 1974 丙寅 TaYun does not explain his good education and career. Weak self can't explain why he almost go to jail due to corruption accusation in 2009. 2009 was his darkest year in his life. Weak self is not a good chart and the quality is low. Three inspect structure method 三审定格法 “san shen ding ge fa" only manage to determine 60-70% of BaZi charts.
