We bought a house with the house no 8 a few years back. Since then, our financial has gotten from bad to worse. We all seemed to have no luck at all. We have been warned that even before we moved in by our neighbors that this house had brought bad luck to its occupants.
Is there anything we can do to improve the situation?
The “number 8” is normally relate well for the occupants as it signify prosperity and wealth. But when come to FengShui, this might not be necessarily be so as other factors are more significant. They are many who stay at house no. 4, 14, 44 etc and they are wealthy.
The sketch of the house shows that it faces East a Tui house 兑宅 GenJia 庚甲. The facing is fine. Even though the house may be seem to be in harmony with the environment, we need to look inside the house.
One of the main reasons for the bad FengShui is the main door and the master bedroom door. They clashes with each others. As the door of the master bedroom opens outwards, it clashes with the front door.As this create disturbances, luck and good fortune are less likely to come in. These clashes will also bring disharmony among the family members.
Solution: This problem can be easily solved by changing the master bedroom door so that it open inwards.
The front door also faces a room door near the kitchen. This room is too near the kitchen and whoever sleeps in this room will face health problems in the long run. This room seems to have built into the kitchen space making the kitchen smaller and narrower. This signifies food and wealth will be hard to come.
Solution: The only solution is to knock down the room and build a full height wall as shown in the drawing.
Instead of having the altar in the dining area, it will be better to allocate it in the living room facing outwards.
