The land where your home is built on will determines the Feng Shui of your home. It must be balanced in term of yin-yang and harmony in shape.
Factors about the land that you shuold consider when buying a feng shui compliant house.
Choose your house that is built on
Land that is square or rectangular in shape.
Level and flat land.
Solid ground without any sign of soil erosion.
Circulation of air and water is good and nourishing.
Plants can live easily.
Without any history of misconducts.
A land that have too much yang energy will attract restless behaviour into the house. A land that have too much ying will attract bad
feng shui that can easily bring hardship and sickness to the occupants.
Don't choose a house that is built on
Unstable land.
Irregular shape lands. for eample L or U shape, diamond shape and any odd shapes.
Unnourished land.
Uneven or undulating land
Land that retains water when it rains.
Former police stations, jails, cemeteries, funeral homes, garbages centers and worship places.
Land that is sloping downward at the back.
