Hello, We have had our house for sale for 9 months and we have had no offers. We think it is because of the land which slopes down towards the house and again down at the back of the house. After about 30 feet it slopes up again to the back neighbours house. I have put a tortoise in the back to guard the house but this has not helped to sell it. Do you have any suggestion to help sell our house? Regards Monica |

First of all, you house got to be in good shape or "good feng shui" in order to attract demands. Putting a tortoise at the back of the house does not help. Some believe that printing and putting up a picture of a bird carrying a for sale sign will help. But again this is human luck (not feng shui) as you will feel better and might attract people to come to view your house. Try to put up a enhance relationship and wealth arrangement as shown under my 2011 feng shui arrangements. Cheers. |
