1) My house facing is North, Main door is facing North, Garage is also North but Main Gate entrance before going to the main door is facing west. 

2) Backdoor which is laundry door is directly at south of the house, in line with the main door. 

But Eight Mansion is only looking at main door which is "Jue Ming" according to my personal Kua 2, Element Earth and group west and back door is at "liu sha" 

Is there any cures like placing a fountain directly at the front porch as the door location cannot be changed? What is the best solution?

I had 2 doors to block off the view from main door to backdoor (Partition Door and Laundry entry door) which would not make the situation bad and will try not to use the back door. My concern is generally the front door as my master bedroom is just next to the main door. Bed facing is west though.

First of all, you must differentiate  HOUSE KUA and PERSONAL KUA. House kua is use to choose a house and personal kua is to choose the direction you face. The two are very different. Here for example,  your main door is "Jue Ming" but you can sit there facing your "Tianyi".
