How to use 5 elements to match one's career?  And how accurate?

Use 5 elements to select career will tell you which type of career  is  suitable for you. For example from your Bazi, "Metal" is your favorable element then doing automobile and car repair workshop is suitable for you.  

Using 5 elements you can tell which career is suitable BUT it will not tell how successful you will be in this career.  For example,  Mr. Li Ka-shing  favor "Earth" element and another Mr. Tan is also favor "earth" but Mr. Li is the richest man in HongKong and Mr. Tan is only a site construction worker.

Using the TEN DEITIES can. So it will be much better to use the TEN DEITIES to choose your career path. And using this you have a much more choices and you will know when is your "up" and "down" period.

Yes, you are right.

Take another example, if you are destined with creative thinking (which can be seen from your Bazi), you are better off  doing jobs involve likes writing, creating software, art creation and so on. Regardless of what your creation is about. It can belong to any of the 5 elements.
