my son was born in bunbury, west.  australia on 28/12/93 . his certificate shows the time of birth to be 2:00 pm  . however, i thought he would have been born around 12:00 pm , as i was watching the clock while suffering the agony of pain waiting for my doctor. my friend told me that it makes a different in the chart readings  & charactor of my son.  basically he is hot tempered but can control his temper well, loves his dad's very much, worship his father foot steps, argumentative, very intellegence, & out going boy.he is very organised & neat person.he is also very sporty. from these, can you tell if he was born at around 2:00 or 12:00 pm?

From the given two different time, he was most likely born aroung 2pm.
