Hi, I'm looking for a land to build my house and found one that suits my tastes. It's facing about 35 degrees NE. The back is slightly raised compared to the front, but the houses behind it are lower. My questions : 1. How suitable is it for me? Is it possible to make it suitable? I'm Kua7 I think. 2. How should I build a house on it? Any general pointers etc.? How should I orient the front door? So far your articles has been always on built homes rather than building one from scratch. |

For a new site or a piece of empty land, it should have excellent Feng Shui based on Shapes and Form feng shui. If you still wish to do it yourself, then you can make use of the various free tools on our website for exmaple, to check which directions are most auspicious, or where to place the bedrooms, kitchen, main door based on Eight Mansion etc. Generally, these are some of the tools that most masters will use to help design the perfect layout for your home. |

Many thanks Master Peter. Where can I get the list on what to avoid? 4. You piece of land in relation to the neigbhour. Is the land lower then the neighbour? Is it on a slope? It's not on a slope, but the road in front is straight but sloping, lower on the right (from the house). The neighbours are of the same height on the left, slightly lower on the right, and much lower on the back. You orientation should face the most favorable direction. Do you favor money more than health? Do you favor money more than health but your parents are staying with you? I prefer wealth, but with stability and peace of mind. Still, wealth is very important :D and no parents. Oh and you said there's a house with "Indirect Wealth" house like the one from your NE1 house audit example. What are different types of houses? What's the advantages and disadvantages of each?
Cheers. |

I still unable to visualise. It seems like right slightly lower and back is much lower. it is still better to get someone to look at it. The list of different type of houses is very long and I can't probably list it down here. Cheers Peter |
