Hi Master, How bad if Hurting Officer (Shang Guan) and Direct Officer both are in the same hidden stems, compare to when they both appear at the Heavenly Stems but different pillar ? Eg : Gui Day Master born in Yin Year. Inside Yin are Jia Wood (HO), Wu (DO) and Bing (DW). Thank you so much for your enlightenment. Calfin.

Cheers to you too Master Allow me Master to summarize the lessons : 1) Whether they are located at the same hidden pillar or appear at heavenly stem but different pillar, they are potential to bring the same series of the unfortunate events. 2) For this case, Wealth (Bing) is the abritrator and favorable since it's also a Useful God. 3) For this case, Jia the HO is strong since it's still spring but Wu the DO is also strong because it is Chen month. If the Wealth is missing, who's gonna win Master ? HO control DO, HO wins ? Hence, all the DO possitive attribute will be clashed away ? Is it matter or give different meanings if the DO win or HO win ? Thank you again Master. Thank you.

Again you have to base on the whole chart plus decade and year to see who strong, who weak, who win, who loss, who hurt and so on. And "Direct Wealth" is auspicious given that one is strong DayMaster. There are many famous politician having this combination. When they are in high power (due to auspicious Direct Officer) but a lot of bad remarks plus criticism from the public and media (due to the fact "shangguan jian guan Direct Office vs Hurting officer"). Cheers.
