Dear Master, Recently, he mentioned to me that it could be the bad directions he has been facing all these years without him notice it, and he thought maybe that was the reason he got into so much troubles. Coincidently I bumped into this website and found many valuables information regarding feng shui, and I thought these info might be able to help him with his problem. Unfortunately, feng shui is such an extremely profound subject and I fail to fully understand especially the flying stars theory which come in so many combinations. I even saw websites mentioning the trail of the QI movement and that makes everything seem even more confusing. I really hope master can help me out and hope that he can get out of the situation he's currently in. The following is the info of the house and his GUA using the calculators on this website: House period : 7 His GUA is 9, belongs to eastern group By looking at the Flying Star chart and the unit floor plan, the 3 rooms seem to be at the top 3 grids (S, SW, W) of the flying star chart: Master Bedroom in the South area
(S, Earth Star 2, Mountain
Star 6, Water Star 8), He is staying in Room 3, and he used to have his working desk and computer facing west, and sleep with his head pointing to the west too. He then shifted the desk to face EAST when he come to realize that west is a bad direction for him, but he couldn't move his bed as none of the placement seem to be in favour due to the limited space in the room. If he moves the bed to the opposite side, the side of the bed (his right side of the body when he's sleeping) would be facing the door which some people say it is no good. Based on the above info, can you advise me? Many
thanks Best Regards, |

Hi, I noticed that your facing is SW2 and your room 2, is at your SW sector. Please confirmed about this facing? Which facing are you using? Whole building facing? Unit main door facing? Regards, |

Dear Master Peter, Thank you for the reply, and sorry for the confusion. SW2 is the building facing (looking out from the rooms' windows, all 3 rooms are facing SW2) since some experts mentioned to take the facing based on the most 'yang' sector where the building faces the busiest area and less obstruction such as open field area, basket ball court, etc. The unit main door is facing NE 30 to 40 degree, but the main door is facing the neighbor's main door opposite side of the block. Best Regards, Lucy |

Dear Master Peter, Many thanks for the reply. the main door is located in North-East (NE), and the reading is NE30 degree. The unit is located on the 7th Floor. Its a point block where each floor has only 2 units. The 3 rooms are facing south-west, and room 3 reading is SW 205 degree By the way, Skillon.com is by far the best Feng Shui website I have ever visited loaded with so many useful feng shui information. Dear Lucy, The period auspicious stars #8 (mountain and water stars) : one at your balcony and the other is trapped inside the utility room. This indicate your wealth luck is blocked and occupants will have difficulties in attaining wealth. The same applied to health and human relation luck. You should transform your house period from period 7 to period 8. You can find out how to do this from http://www.skillon.com/KnowHow.cfm?txt=period However, just based on your home feng shui, and even he is facing the bad directions (according to his Kua) it should not brings so many problems. Every person has good 10 years and bad 10 years periods in their life. During bad years, together with bad feng shui one can expect the worst. Regards, |

Dear Master Peter, Many thanks for your advice. By the way, is the consultation service by skillon.com conducted online or onsite? Best regards, Lucy |

Dear Master Peter, The above link you referred me mentioned that changing of stoves will transform house period 7 to period 8. I just recalled that the stove in the unit was changed about 2 to 3 years ago. Does that mean the unit is already a period 8 unit? I just want to make sure I didn't misinterpret the info on your website as I have seen a few other sites mentioned that in order to convert period 7 to period 8, the unit or house must undergo a MAJOR renovation i.e replace at least 3/4 of the roof with new ones. Its confusing as there are more than one version regarding converting house period. Best regards, Lucy * Amended on 4/8/2010 at 11:17am |

That means it is period 8. Then all the problems either is from external impact (ongoing construction, nearby Sha Qi, main door opening directly to descending stairs etc) or one is going through a bad years cycle. This is based on main door reading NE30 degree, room 3 SW1. Regards, * Amended on 4/8/2010 at 22:46pm |
