Hi Master Peter, Ever since I changed my job in Jun 2016, it has been stagnant. There were a few moments whereby promotion is near and yet did not happen in the end. Will I ever be able to progress in my career or is this the best it can get? Will I have opportunity to progress up the career ladder in my current role or will I have a change in career in the near future? Thank you very much!

You will have your opportunities. The chances of promotion or new job offers are there. You can have missed opportunities. As to when, this will need to look into the coming years. I am afraid, I am not allowed to disclose too much in this general forum. Cheers.
