Hi Peter, I would like to get some clarity on my next career decision. I've been struggling with my new superiors ever since they took the position (about a year + ago). My previous bosses treated me really well and I was enjoying my job, until they left for another company. I would like to know if things will eventually be better if I just stay put, or should I look for outside opportunities ( either within the same organization different department or a completely new company)

It is better for you to stay put for the time being. It looks like you are working abroad in some big company. At most if you really want some changes, first try within the same company. You need to wait for the opportunity, when it comes grab them, then stay put and wait for the next. Cheers. |
