What would suggest for someone trying to sell a house and getting best possible price?

Hi,

1. Activate the WEALTH corner. Your house Tian Yi (wealth) is at the SE sector and the wealth corner for for this year is again at SE corner. Put a big leaf plant planting in water at the SE.
2. Put a glass of water plus a mechanical music box the the NW sector to enhance the networking luck.
3. Get a red envelope, put in something metal (screw etc) and wood (eg. old skirting board) from the house and some earth from the garden, then chuck it in the nearest river and wish for a house sale.
