Good day.

I would like to ask the following:

1. Is ihe lot is pencil like shaped bad?

2. The Corner lot facing NE3 but the main door is facing SE33, according to your computer generated reports. SE3 has 4 1/2 stars which scores good.

3. Front door is facing SE3 139.319 located partly in east and southeast on compass.

4. Besides the front door is the kitchen.

5. There lot is located corner lot and there are houses in front.

Do you think there are so many drawbacks of buying such house? because it does not meet a good shape of lot, while is scored 4 1/2 on the computer generated flying star report and the main door facing is ok for 8 house mansion and the bedroom also ok for eight house mansion.

Although the plot of land is narrow at the front, the house does not have an odd shape. Preferably the house should be rectangular in shape. The rest could be the garden area.
