Dear Master,

My wife and I found 2 houses we like but unable to decide which one is suitable for us, one is facing SW1 and the other is facing S3.

I understand from your forum that SW1 in P8 have a combination of 10 but both of us our Kua are Kua9.

As we belong to East group, will SW1 facing house suitable for us?

Getting a house which it both good for health and wealth, must match personal Gua is very difficult.  If only you found a house, both of you love a house and the house is facing NW2.

The priority is to find a house with good fengshui which at help in wealth and health or at less wealth (at least for many people money is more important). If the fengshui is already bad, you do not need to talk about life gua as it will then be secondary. You can have all the directions as according to life kua but the auspicious Qi is just not there;  it will still very less benificial as compare with a good feng shui house.

S3 : Favor wealth

SW1 : Favor wealth and health.

Both of the house is good in term of feng shui based on facing direction.

Here are some consideration

1. Do you favor money more than health. If the answer is YES, then choose S3.
2. Do you favor money more than health but your parents are staying with you. If you are concern about thier health then choose SW1. House that favors both wealth and health will have lesser wealth luck as compare with a house that favor wealth alone.
3. The interior of the house is very important. For example, you will have to see where is the wealth corner. Master bedroom or bathroom?
4. External environment. For example choose a house that is not build on a slope and so on.

One last thing SW1 is good for those working as freelance.

So the first consideration is the house surrounding, if the house match all my personal Gua but "Seng Qi"  location at SE is the bathroom or the main door open to face a lamp pole, this will not be suitable for us, am i right on this?

Then it will be better choose another house with good surrounding and the "Seng Qi" is not the bathroom although it does not match my Gua.

After above consideration is meet, then we look at what we wanted, wealth, health or both.

Thanks for the advice Master,  I almost forget to look at the main door facing and "Seng Qi" location. After reading your reply, i think i need to visit both house again.

First consideration is the surrounding plus the house itself.  For example Exterior : you do not want to see a nearby mountain that even trees are reluctant to grow on the moutain and Interior : you do not want your wealth sector to fall in your toilet. Wealth sector is "Tian Yi".
