There are 2 colleagues have been jointly created difficult working environment or finding faults on me. How should I avoid them or their strategic?

I am Gui Ying Water, rat animal.

1st - Male, Bing YAng Fire, Goat animal. I have face-to-face talked/asked him to stop and to work as a team. But he just seem like no intention to have a healthy working environment in the office. I am just tired but have to fight back my right as an employee.

2nd - Female, Ding Yin Fire, pig animal. She just listened to the 1st colleague and trusted him fully. She seem like being controlled by him.

I have been working in this company for 20years and I am facing difficult colleagues that them. Please advice what should I do to avoid them?

There are bad petty people XiaoRen 小人 around you who try to sabotage, talk bad about you etc. It is tough to avoid them, even you want to stay away, they will still come for you. You need to be more careful with what you say and do and stay in your territory.

Another thing I forgotten to highlight earlier, the male colleague place a “Rooster” feature on his desk where he is sitting in West facing East. I am just sitting opposite his direction. Is that harm me further? 

I was told to put a cactus plant to lower the harm coming from there. Is this help?

If you feel uneasy put a plant preferably with larger leaf in proportion. Not cactus.
