I have a 12 inch square size fengshui compass.

The compass needle's arrowhead is pointing south when faced north. Is the fengshui compass meant to be like that for some or is it faulty?

If it is faulty I would like to dispose it  into the bin . Is it ok? Or do i need to wrap in red paper before disposing into the bin? Thanks.

The Double Dots MUST be pointing to the North 0 deg "Rat" direction while the point should be pointing the Direct South "Horse" 180 deg direction.

Treat it just like a tool, wrap it nicely if you want to get rid of it.
