Master, I have been out of a job for more than 6 months now and have hardly any interviews despite sending many resumes. Many recruiters told me that my resume is fine just tough luck. You mentioned "You should get some good news latest between 04/02/2019 -- 06/03/2019 丙 寅 month. Again once you get a job you need to stay put." Any advice to improve my situation?

Permanent job is not hard at the moment, get the contract job and try to expand of circle of contacts.
