Hi Master Peter,
Me and my wife recently saw a property that we absolutely fell in love with.
Bright and airy with western sun (not ideal but not a dealbreaker)
Traffic is low to minimal, surroundings are neat and peaceful.
The lot is not square which give distance so we are not looking into neighbor window all the time when outdoors.
The only possible issue we see is that it is trapezoid (triangle?) in shape since its at the end of a row of terrace units.
Main house building marked by X and sits on a rectangular area of the plot by itself, its the extra land that is triangular.
Neighbor is Y. The size is the same.
Roads marked by R.

We plan to utilize the back corner and the far corner as herb garden and flower garden respectively.
The general activity area remaining will be a ~relatively~ squarish area in the middle.
Would this generally help?
Or is this type of trapezoid shape so much of a problem that we should reconsider?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
