How far is considered Fine and safe for fengshui - the distance between the property and the cemetery?

Cemetery is too Yin create imbalance of the yin/yang energies and can be harmful to neighboring homes. Depending on which direction of the cemetery is at in relation to home, how large it is etc. Places which full of yin energy can absorb, deprive, and literally rob the nearby homes of their precious yang qi. Home should not be built within 1000 m of a cemetery. Many Chinese will not live within 5-10 miles of a cemetery.
