if there's no yin 正印 or 偏印 in the birth chart, does that mean it is impossible to achieve a bachelor degree Education? must wait for the ten year pillar with yin or resource to attain the education?

For weak self, 印 卩 represent academic but without them does not mean someone cannot get his or her degree. There are others favorable stars even if someone lack of favorable stars Ten Gods 喜神 , if his or her chart is without serious clash he still can study as long as he put in more efforts. There is problem only when 印 卩 are hurt.
