House built in 1912

Dear Peter,

I have a friend that lives in a house built in 1912. Ever since she’s moved in, she’s had nothing but sadness and grief.

Having looked at the eight mansion calculator here in this forum it only goes back as far as 1944.

How can I calculate the period and natal chart of this house? Would you be kind enough to guide me on how to calculate?
