Solartime or birthcertificate time

Dear Master Peter,

I am confused about my birthtime I have to use for baZI and QMDJ.

On my birthcertificate it says 23 july 1955 on 00:30 AM +1 ( Netherlands)
Daymaster will be Rooster Yin Wood.

If i use the Solartime time, time will be 22 july 1955 on 23:49. (The day before? Depend when the day starts.)
Daymaster is then Monkey Yang Wood.

Also the destintypalace changed in QMDJ.

Which one is the best to use?

I hope you can help me out.
