Hi Master Peter

Hope this message finds you well.
My flat’s main door facing N2 and we may have the intention to renovate the entire flat end of next year. 
However. I’m just wondering if it will be better to wait till 2024 to renovate so that the flat can then be changed to Period 9?

One is 旺丁不旺才and the other is 旺才不旺丁which are both not bad. If order to decide period 8 or period 9 you must look at other factors include your interior layout and external environment.
