Marriage luck( lack of DO)

Hello master,


My bazi chart only has 7k at the hour pillar and lack of DO at luck pillars too. Does it mean I have low marrige luck? 
For the current luck cycle of ,Xin Chou, does it mean I will face 3rd party issues in relationships? I have a few suitors but none work out in the end. Will i have suceessful relationship by 2018? Currently I am seeing a guy (21st-March-1989) , will it work out?
