Dear Master,

My daughter born on 20 Aug 1995 at * (time removed, don't put your full detail here). Some Masters said she is Performer structure 伤官格 which is good. But so far i do see any of her good qualities. Please help enlighten me.

First and most important you have to address her day master 日元.  伤官格 only become structure when 伤官 is her useful Ten Gods 喜用神. In your daughter case, 伤官 is not her Useful Gods. Her chart is unhealthy with 伤官 seeing 官. For example one of her character that you can see is she likes to give unwarranted "request" that sound more like orders.
