Hi. I need some advice. They say I have no water in my chart.

What do I need to do to add some water?  do I need to bring water always with me?

And these past few years since 2015 im not feeling very well and too much anxiety and stress.

Is my 4 pillars good? Is my day master strong?

Missing water is not good for you. Bring water and drink more water will not help.
