If the house has a L- shaped floor plan and there is only a garage at the additional corner, is this house considered to have 2 missing corners?

A corner is missing when the empty area is less than half of the overall total length of the house. From what you have drawn, it looks more a protruding corner.

Search for "missing corner" I written about them some time ago.
