By wearing apparel with the color in accordance to our beneficial element will help boost our overall luck by abit. Does that really help? Eg.. missing metal element. Wearing white color as supplement to missing metal element.

It is more psychologically and does not help much.

You have to find out what the lacking of metal projects in yourself for example it is lack of determination, easily give up and try to improve on these.
