Is it true that during the year when DO combine with another element, the female will have the opportunity to meet the spouse? However, is it good to get married the following year when there is no more combination with DO? Is it the same for DO that appear on the stem and branch?

DO represents spouse, yes it means he appears based on DO alone. But you still need to see if others conditions let him comes near to her.
