If based on bazi, a person who is of very strong earth which is her hostile element, does it mean that career related to earth is more suitable for her?

Hostile element is not good for career.

But, it is always better to base career on Ten Gods instead of elements. This is why you see some successful person can do different line of business because their favorable Ten Gods are strong, healthy and protected.
