If a person has all 劫财 七杀 and 伤官。does that mean he is a bad guy who goes around committing crimes? Is there a chance to be successful?

There are a lot of  people having the above 十神 Ten Gods and whether they are bad or good depend on the favorability of these 十神 Ten Gods, how they interact with each other, their strength, their positions and many more. Same go for successful or not. You just cannot simply see what type of 十神 Ten Gods you have and make the conclusion.
