Hi Peter,

In Bazi, we look for Wealth stars as indication for a man's wife/girlfriend, as well as Influence stars for a woman's husband/boyfriend.

What is the appropriate element/star(s) we should look for in a person who leads an alternative lifestyle, i.e. gay, lesbian, bisexual or transexual? Would something like that be very apparent in a Bazi chart? 

Also, if we were to consult a transexual's chart, should we be using the assigned (birth) or selected (preferred) gender?

I did a study in 2009 with around 50 BaZi submitted from friends, students, etc. Not very obvious signature being LGBT. The more obvious one is about their personalities and behavior generated from their BaZi.

Thanks Peter. Could you please explain that last bit about personalities and behaviour? I don't quite understand as from what I observed, there is a myriad of personalities within the LGBT community. Some are flamboyantly obvious while others are quite reserved about their orientation. However, most of the time they fall somewhere within this continuum, instead of as specifically into two discrete categories.

Also, what is the Spouse element that we should be looking for to determine love luck for gay people? 

Yes you are right, there is a myriad of personalities within the LGBT community. From BaZi, for example you will find they have many clashes or some are biased towards one element which bring out the the countless personalities.
