My birthdate is 31/12/1984 at *:15. I'd like to know which element or elements are desired by my chart and how do I increase them.

In the free forum, I will ignored any BaZi when it needs more than a glance.

Your last few years had being quite challenging to you. You need metal then water the most. Even with them you still see ups and downs and with careful planning you should be quite successful. You can only increase your elements by working on what your elements represent in term of personality, characters etc is not like you wear gold necklace your will have more metal.

I've been pretty stressed out regarding my chart as I've been told it's a Weak Daymaster Chart as well as a Follow Wealth Structure. From your answer you agree that it is in fact a Follow Wealth Structure.

I have been prescribed with remedies from a Master before to increase my Fire and Earth elements and my life just kept getting worse and worse. The past 5 years of my have been very very challenging which is what brought me to Bazi Reading the first place. I've been desperately trying to alter my luck and circumstances for the better.

I've been told that a Blue Rhinoceros Pendant/Amulet will reduce the negative people and arguments around me and also a Monkey Pendant/Amulet will improve my luck.

What do you think about this ? How could I improve my luck especially my finances ?

All these Rhinos, Pendant .....  are all moden decorations and they will never improve your luck. They will only improve the finance of the sellers  and you will only become poorer.
