Southwest flying star

Dear Master Peter,

As southwest this year needs water, so too much plants can exhaust water energy. But my southwest have more plants that i can not take them away, they stay there. But i also have pool along from southwest -west - to northwest (12meter lenght x 4m wide), House maindoor in  the north and facing North.

What can i do? Thanks

Plant at SW is alright in 2016. Your pool that stretch from SW to NW is not beneficial.
