Please advise why this person do have money problem.

He does have any money in his bank account.

In 2015 his spending is higher but he definitely not what you had described him in term of money.
He is a senior manager or has his own business most likely in sales for example sales or marketing director or even higher.

But his current TaYun which just started in Sept is unstable with 同沖日柱, 剋沖月柱 and 剋刑年柱 . He will see some issues these few years.

His expenses is more than his income.

There are a couple of years that he has to be careful. These bad years have traps amd can be bad if he is not careful.
