Hi Master Peter,
If I  signed a contract on a good date two years ago and  I'm going to renew my contract before expiry
must I also choose a good date to sign since the project is on going .

Renewing a contract is the same as signing a new contract as new paper are sign.  Yes you will need a good date and if available get an auspicious date that matches your BaZi.
