As above what is 催官水? Is all house come with this?

催官水 is only applicable to certain facing. For example for age 8 houses there are 10 types where only 8 can be activated. Once activated by nature or by Feng Shui arrangements, it will boost your career, promotion and money luck. For students it will also help a lot.

It uses the main door facing flying stars together with their left of right facing stars and this left or right stars also form prosperous combinations with others facing stars which decide which sectors to activate.
