cure or remedy if there is a tree by the door

Dear Master Peter,

What is the best cure for tere in front of the door about six feet away from the door. Will placing a big mirror facing the door and a plant next to it may do?

It is bad to have tree directly in front of your main door. Six feet is too near. Mirror or plants will not help. The best it to cut it else relocate your door. Big mirror will make it worst.
