If your year clashes your month pillar which is your career, what can you do to mitigate it? Does that mean you will always have problems with your career?

Clashes means instability. But not only palaces are important, Ten Gods are equally or even more crucial. If your BaZi and or Ta Yun are good you will still be doing well.
