What counter measure can be used to dissolve Blade Sha aimed at main door/ front of house? My research has indicated that building a small wall or planting a row of trees or even relocating front door can help but what if this is impossible?

It depends on how huge, how fierce and strong is the blade. If too strong better move. If it is small and far, wall, a row of trees or better relocate your main door will do. A water feature also can but need to see your house.
